Graham Orodje FCCA

Graham brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience across accounting, M&A, and business advisory — working with businesses from fast-growing SMEs to private equity-backed groups.

After a career spanning Finance Director and Financial Controller roles in media, technology, and professional services, Graham founded Sadana Consulting to give owner-managed businesses access to the kind of financial expertise previously reserved for larger organisations.

Graham is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting from London Metropolitan University. He is also an independent Business Broker, combining deal-sourcing skills with deep financial analysis to help clients acquire and exit businesses with clarity and confidence.
