Meet The Founder

Graham Orodje FCCA Founder & Director, Sadana Consulting Services

Graham brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience across accounting, M&A, and business advisory — working with businesses from fast-growing SMEs to private equity-backed groups.

After a career spanning Finance Director and Financial Controller roles in media, technology, and professional services, Graham founded Sadana Consulting to give owner-managed businesses access to the kind of financial expertise previously reserved for larger organisations.

Graham is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting from London Metropolitan University. He is also an independent Business Broker, combining deal-sourcing skills with deep financial analysis to help clients acquire and exit businesses with clarity and confidence.

His experience includes:

  • Finance Director, Mastertronic Group — led M&A activity and strategic financial planning during a period of international expansion
  • Group Financial Controller, Safety First Aid Group — over 12 years managing finance, HR and IT functions across the group
  • Finance Director/Controller, Douglas & Gordon — financial leadership in a well-established London property business
  • Business Broker (Independent) — guiding SME owners and investors through acquisitions and exits, from sourcing to post-completion integration
